You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and for any fees your bank or card issuer may charge.
We may change prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect orders already placed.
5. Digital product licence
When you purchase a digital product (such as a guide or e-book), you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use that product for your own personal use. You may not:

- Reproduce the content in whole or in part without permission.
- Use the content for commercial purposes.
- Remove any copyright or attribution notices.
All intellectual property rights in our products and content remain the property of Palmer Nutrition.
6. Refund policy
Because our digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be returned once accessed, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase and accessing or downloading the product, you acknowledge that the product has been delivered and you waive any implied right of return.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase, please contact us at daniel@palmernutrition.com within 14 days of purchase and we will work with you to resolve it.
Coaching and consultation services have their own refund terms, which will be provided at the time of booking.
7. Delivery of digital products
Digital products are delivered electronically via email and/or via a download link on our website. Delivery usually takes place immediately after payment. If you have not received your download within an hour of purchase, please check your spam or promotions folder, then contact us if the email still has not arrived.
8. Email communications
By signing up for a free resource, purchasing a product, or subscribing to our newsletter, you consent to receiving email communications from us, including educational content and promotional offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email. You will continue to receive transactional emails related to your purchases.
